Shannon specialises in creating world-class integrated resort developments and collaborating with international luxury hotels. In my role, I lead strategic design and research efforts, working closely with the CEO, COO, and other key stakeholders, including international partners.
It starts with a strong vision and strategic planning, which drive alongside global design firms and joint venture partners. This collaboration brings the design concept to life. I took early leadership in delivering the design and bid vision for The Queens Wharf project, working closely with the property development executive team.
Throughout this process, I coordinated with global and local design consultants to ensure the vision was effectively communicated to stakeholders and media, both internally and externally. Striking imagery and a cohesive design vision are crucial in conveying our brand message to tourists, international guests, and the local community.
