Shannon Cloete has over 18 years of experience in the international, award-winning design and property development industry.
With a core focus on Hotels, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments. Shannon's signature Sense of Place approach and future visions for the Build To Rent environment (Design to Live) have set new integrated design, well-being & profitable operations results.
Shannon has exclusively led Vision & Sense of Place Narratives with operators for notable Hospitality projects, Design to Live projects and place-making space; for world-renowned brands and client-side developers.
As a strategic Property Design Director, Shannonβs experience has seen him journey throughout Australia, Asia Pacific, and the globe on notable projects. Bringing a multicultural sensitivity, a sense of placemaking in design visions, and aspiring bespoke development outcomes.
Including collaboration with some of the world's most renowned firms, such as the late Dame Zaha Hadid, Foster&Partners, FJMT, and many more.
