At Sunland Group, I served as the National Design and Development Manager for the Grace on Coronation project, a visionary collaboration with the globally acclaimed, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid and her London office. This luxury residential proposal redefined Brisbane City’s urban fabric through bold architecture conceived as art; architecture as art by Sunland Group.

My role centred on client-side design leadership, orchestrating the seamless integration of international design excellence with local expertise. Leading cross-disciplinary coordination, I facilitated effective collaboration between Sunland’s in-house teams and an outstanding global consulting network, ensuring design intent translated into strategic feasibility and precise execution.

Grace on Coronation exemplifies Sunland’s commitment to innovation through partnership, a project where global creative ideation converged with grounded development management. It showcases how strategic design stewardship fosters architectural distinction within a dynamic urban context, advancing Brisbane’s position as a cutting-edge city for refined living.

Collaborating with the London office of global, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, we delivered a luxurious and sophisticated design for Brisbane City. As National Design Manager at Sunland, my role was to lead this exceptional project, which exemplified a seamless fusion of innovative design and meticulously executed strategies.

This global collaboration brought together a highly skilled design team, united by a commitment to excellence and strong, forward-thinking design principles. The result is a landmark that elevates the architectural landscape, embodying both artistic vision and functional precision.
