This innovative initiative features a bespoke design that seamlessly connects Chadstone's main shopping mall to Tower 1 and the newly developed Hotel Chadstone MGallery by Sofitel. This iconic architectural structure is instrumental in supporting Chadstone's ambitious future vision, with Shannon Cloete personally overseeing a number of key projects centred around design development, planning approvals, and master planning, all in collaboration with the skilled global design team.

Our primary objective involved leveraging the latest advancements in sustainable design. We successfully procured Glulam Timber technology, which significantly enhances cost-effectiveness and eco-friendliness. The development team conducted thorough testing and conducted international factory visits to guarantee optimal outcomes and performance. Under Shannon Cloete's leadership, the team conducted important presentations and secured approvals with executives from The Gandel Group and Vicinity Centres, ensuring alignment and support for this pivotal project.
