Leasing Feasibility Design Strategy
The task of Creating an iconic spa, and space within an exisiting structure was no small task, Shannon drew on his experience to deliver a space which would become the iconic Holism spa in Hotel Chadstone.
Requiring an extensive amount of planning and design integration for this unique mezzanine space.
Shannon’s 18 years ofinternational design experience with spa planning and direction allowed for the curation for the teams planning and pillars of design; including the layout proposed for leasing this premium space.
Direction and design was implemented by Natalie Boston whom worked with Shannon Cloete; led to the successful deal for the boutique spa Holism Retreat. The spa acts as a conduit for external and Hotel guests.

As part of the esteemed Vision International design study for Queens Wharf, we present a compelling opportunity to redefine luxury and innovation in hospitality design. Collaborating with renowned entities such as Blainey North Design, Bar Studio, and a consortium of multiple award-winning consultants, we aim to craft a visionary space that elevates the guest experience to new heights.
Our partnership with Blainey North, alongside my extensive experience at The Star Entertainment Group and various hotelier collaborations, positions us uniquely to lead the design vision and strategy for this landmark project. We will leverage our collective expertise to achieve exceptional design outcomes, ensuring that each aspect of the development resonates with sophistication and luxury.
A hallmark of our approach is the integration of unique facilities, particularly in spa design, which is crucial in contemporary integrated resort developments. Drawing from extensive international research and bespoke planning ideas, we will create spa experiences that blend wellness, architecture, and holistic design, appealing to a discerning clientele.
Together, we are poised to set a new standard in the integrated resort landscape, crafting a destination that is not only visually captivating but also deeply immersive and restorative.
