Working with Rosewood was a privilege and a rewarding experience, leading strategic design and development workshops, from evolving and curating their brand and technical standards to the resort’s unique place-making master planning features to integrate the iconic Rosewood brand.

Design Tours & Executive Leadership

Collaboration with our JV partners, including Ritz Carlton Group, for Sydney & Rosewood Executive design team for Brisbane

  • Shannon led all brand and client-side hospitality subject matter expert, including hotel master planning and brand integrations.

  • Co-lead CEO & International design leadership with JV Partners Far East Consortium

  • Shannon Cloete, Group Head of Design for The Star Entertainment Group, ensured the development maintained a clear vision and positioning for The Stars Entertainment's new Hotel Brand Standards, including our Hospitality Strategy.

  • Shannon led all negotiations and consultant teams for the base build and brand alignment for all hospitality brands under one integrated resort.

ROSEWOOD BRISBANE | QUEENSWHARF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Rosewood Stakeholder management, along with The Stars CEO & Chairman group executive presentations,

  • Co-lead international relations & presentations for JV Partners as with Sydney Resort & Brisbane Queens Wharf

  • Led the International teams and ensured all brand and design standards and aspirations of the Rosewood Hotel brand for QWB
