Leading the strategic vision & planning; with the international design team of Make Architecture, whom based this design out of their London & Sydney offices

The brief was simple and elegant, yet manifested in a bespoke design, in which strategic vision provided a canvas to create the bespoke “Link”

“The Link” which does so much more than just acts as a “ connection” it provides a bespoke guest journey. It connects elegantly the main mall, of Chadstone with the New office Tower 1 and the Iconic new Hotel Chadstone MGallery by Sofitel. This iconic structure acts as a future set of parts for the future Chadstone Vision.

This includes Shannon leading the strategic series of bespoke projects in a harmonious vision; which included key delivery visions & goals:

• Strategic design development

• Planning approvals and design development

• Masterplanning and collaboration with Global design team

• Our team’s objective was to capitalize on the latest advancements in sustainable design products. We successfully secured a direct international procurement of Glulam Timber technology and optimized engineering production processes to enhance cost-effectiveness.

• Our lead development team, undertook this procurement through rigorous testing & reviews. With international factory visits to ensure full development outcomes were achieved.

• Working closely with the core development team and Development Manager

• Shannon Cloete with Development team led all key presentations and approval with The Gandel Group, Mr John Gandel Chairman and Vicinity Centres CDO and CEO

• Leading Executive presentations and Design Submissions to the Executive Committee and Vicinity Executives.
